WHAT WE DO
At Building Synergy we specialize in building a stronger team by helping people learn more about themselves, understand their peers, and how their interaction with each other can positively affect their work, home, and school relationships. Creating these bridges to understanding is fundamental to building a successful team.
With over 25 years of experience in the field, we pride ourselves on our ability to customize the perfect experience for your organization. Using proven coaching and teaching methods, we collaborate with you to set and achieve shared goals and outcomes. While serious and reflective work is common in our workshops, we wouldn’t be doing our jobs if your group wasn’t laughing and having some fun at the same time.
We strongly believe in community and the necessity to give back to where we live with our time, talent, and resources. Being a community partner as individuals and as a company is vital to building a strong community. To that end, we require our employees to volunteer in their communities, we offer a discount to all nonprofit organizations, and we will make a contribution to an organization in every community in which we work!
